If God is a like a watchmaker, putting every bit in its exact place
Where it’s needed, where it’s necessary, where it’s vital
Then why did he perfectly create this broken situation?
Then what is this terribly constructed outcome, without purpose?
If God is a puppet master, controlling every action with wires.
Why did the driver have a seizure, and was he in a rush?
Why didn’t he make you hesitate or untie your shoelaces?
Why did he value one of it’s playthings more than another?
If God is a caretaker, why didn’t he care about the aftermath
In twelve countries, afterwards, only shrapnel called, valued memories.
Why didnt he put the effort in caring for more of us?
Why didn’t he stop it?
If god is all knowing, why hasn’t he given me an explanation?
It doesn’t make sense with my own explanations.
It doesn’t fall into place, or serve a bigger picture.
It is not kind, not to me and all the others. I need to know why.
If God is like a human being, and he made a mistake.
I can try to live with that, we all make mistakes
He can come up to me to say what he did
And I will accept it, when he takes a moment to say
Sorry
